Data Deletion Instructions

RePilot is committed to respecting your privacy. You have the right to request the deletion of all personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains exactly how to do that, whether you connected via Instagram/Facebook or signed up directly.

This is the fastest way. Deleting your account immediately removes all your data from our systems.

1. 1Log in to your RePilot account at app.repilot.in
2. 2Go to Settings → Account
3. 3Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
4. 4Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears
5. 5Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

If you connected your Instagram/Facebook account, you can revoke access directly from Facebook. This disconnects Repilot from your account and triggers automatic data removal on our end.

1. 1Go to facebook.com and log in
2. 2Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings
3. 3Click "Apps and Websites" in the left sidebar
4. 4Find "Repilot-IG" in the list of connected apps
5. 5Click "Remove" and confirm
6. 6We will receive a deauthorization notification and immediately revoke your tokens

Please include your full name and the email address associated with your account. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

• —Connected Instagram / Facebook account tokens
• —All automation rules and campaign configurations
• —All lead data captured through your automations
• —Conversation logs and DM history
• —Billing history (financial records may be retained for legal compliance up to 7 years)
• —Analytics data and usage logs
